We care a lot about staff wellbeing. We aim for a culture that is welcoming, positive and supportive to everyone. Team and a sense of community really matter to us. We value clarity of purpose and ambition. We encourage real respect at all levels; we treat each other as people and actively listen to each other. Everyone has voice. We believe in honesty and effective feedback. We work hard, but with efficiency and purpose; we don't waste time on things that don't make a difference. We encourage creativity and contribution. We believe everyone can improve and learn. We invest in this; at Drayton Park, we come to work intending to help everyone else get even better at what they do.

At the 2022 Islington Education Awards, our school was the winner in the category of staff wellbeing. In our most recent staff survey:

• 96% told us they have good relationships with colleagues.
• 94% said they felt supported at work.
• 96% said they get a sense of belonging to a team.
• 99% told us that managers and colleagues are approachable when they have a problem.
• 96% said they are clear about their role and understand its purpose.
