If you have questions, suggestions or concerns, we want to know them! The speed and quality of our responses will be helped if you go to the right person.

For general admin issues, including admissions, uniform and payments, please go to the school office.

For attendance and punctuality related issues, including illness, appointments and holidays, please speak to our Attendance Officer, Zohra Hussein. You can call the school to speak to her or ask at the school office.

For issues to do with your child's learning, behaviour or friendships, start with your child's teacher. Our teachers are almost always available at the end of the day, in our playgrounds and all welcome a chat with parents. If you want more time or privacy, please make an appointment with your child's teacher.

When your child joins a new class, we will give you their teacher's email address. Teacher's emails can be used for non-urgent enquiries or to share information about children. Teachers will aim to respond within a few days. For anything more urgent or immediate, please do speak to the teacher in the morning or send your child in with a note to give their teacher. We value face-to-face communication and teachers may choose to invite you in for a meeting. Email will be a useful tool to schedule this. Teacher email accounts will not be checked in school holidays.

If you want to talk to us about behaviour, we may refer you to our Behaviour Lead, Carol Howe. If the issue involves safeguarding or special educational needs, we may refer you to our Inclusion Manager, Ben Pritchard.

If you have an issue that requires senior staff involvement, the step after your child's teacher is to speak to their Phase Leader:

The school's Senior Leadership Team is comprised of the Head of Teaching and Learning, Ian Morgan, the Head of Inclusion, Ben Pritchard, the Head of Admin and Finance, Marilyn Richards, the Head of School, Annabelle Kapoor and the Executive Headteacher, Damien Parrott.
